ParadeWorks is parade planning software built by people who run parades. Most parades still run on spreadsheets and a clipboard at staging. ParadeWorks puts the whole thing in one place. Units apply through your parade's own public page. You review them, then drag them into a lineup or let smart sort build a first draft. Before parade day, the simulator plays your lineup along the real route, so you can spot gaps and timing problems while there's still time to fix them. Volunteers sign up for shifts on that same public page. Sponsors go from first contact to paid invoice, with tiers and benefits you set. On parade day, your crew checks units in at staging from their phones, announcers get their cues, and judges score from their phones too. Towns, chambers of commerce, universities, and nonprofits use ParadeWorks for Christmas parades, homecomings, and community parades. Free for parades up to 30 units. Larger parades use an annual plan that scales with unit count.
