What do you like best about Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation?

Papirfly stood out during the selection process, because of the quality of the demo, the user interface, ease of use and the astonishing templating capabilities. After a very smooth implementation process, we have now gone live in four countries. So far, is has been a great cooperation, with enough flexibility and patience and without jeopardizing the strengths of the Papirfly platform. Oh, and they’re nice people, too! Providing great service: They're all doing an amazing job at all stages: demo, implementation, live system. Friendly, professional and available at any time. We have loads of plans to expand and improve the platform for our users and suppliers, for example by adding more templates and integrate Papirfly with our Templafy and CMS system. What do you dislike about Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation?

Papirfly is not the cheapest solution, but they're flexible and the value for money is huge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vebego have recently started a rebranding operation, implementing a single brand and a new visual identity for its core companies and the group. To enable colleagues to live and use the brand, provide guidelines, assets and smart templates we use Papirfly. What do you like best about Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation?

It easy to pick up and learn for all employees, and the template function makes it easy for the market team to prepare templates for the rest of the hotels teams to create as they need to themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation?

The only downside i can think of right now is the limited options on formating, and that it need to be ordered spesific trouhg the developers. Like to get an arrow smaller or bigger we need to add different sizes trough a developer insted of scaling it directly in the software. Same with font sizes and landscape etc. Some should be standard like portrait / landscape and A4/A5/A3 etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Papirfly DAM & Templated Content Creation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it for the image bank for all our hotels so we have it in one easy place, and each hotel use the template function as needed. We have just had trainings with help from Papirfly to utilize the full functions of the templates for our marketing coordinators. The reason we are doing extra training to get everyone up and running in papirfly is because we see the need for a common place to create onbrand templates that are easy to use for all employees at the hotell - so instead of calling the market team for help to create a poster because the coffee machine or somthing is broken, they can create nice and on brand material themselves.
