Papeto is a pre-accounting platform built for Swiss accounting firms (fiduciaries). Your clients send their receipts and invoices by photo from a personal link, without an account or an app, or simply forward them by e-mail. Papeto reads every document with AI (date, supplier, amount, VAT rate, QR-bill, VAT number), proposes the right account from the Swiss SME chart of accounts and learns from your corrections, client by client. Papeto also imports bank statements (camt.053 or CSV), matches each payment with its document, lists payments without a receipt and asks the client for the missing document automatically, every week, until it arrives. Duplicates are flagged, never deleted. You review and validate, then export in one click to your accounting software: Banana, Crésus, Sage 50 (Infoniqa ONE 50), CashCtrl, Abacus, or a CSV for any other software. A step-by-step import guide opens after each export. Data is stored in Switzerland (Infomaniak). Two-factor authentication is available. 30-day free trial, no credit card required.
