"Great Service - Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Paperturn?

The platform has many options for formatting and editing. I could even add images and text to the upload. It is also very easy to use. No quessing on which buttons to push or what to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperturn?

I don't like how you have to open in another tab on the desktop. But that is the only thing and it is only noticeable to me - most people wouldn't notice that as they aren't in this every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paperturn?

What I loved the most about it is just how easy is to create your flipbook as well as how much you can customise it to your own taste Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperturn?

The only con is that some of the feature were not developed yet such as the shopping function, otherwise it was all great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paperturn?

The product interface and customer support. The team helped us through our initial integration of building a 340 page catalogue with integration into our online store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperturn?

Nothing at the moment. We had great customer support on difficult things and learning how to use the system effectively took a bit of trial and error, but wasn't complicated once you understood the tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Paperturn:

Definitely try this business solution. We researched similar options and found that this was a very accessible solution, regardless of the size of your business. The customer support team were accessible at some unreasonable hours and was always helpful, providing solutions during the initial setup of a very complicated catalogue of over 7000 products. Some hitches were resolved really quickly. This is not just a great product, but it is backed up by some really lovely and talented people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paperturn solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have cut down on printing costs, changed customer ordering behaviour and provided additional resources for our sales teams. "Simple to set up and easy to maintain"

"Beautiful delivery"

What do you like best about Paperturn?

This is an elegant and impressive mode of delivery for our presentations. Really elevated the look & feel of our collateral. I haven't tried any other services like this but I am pleased with Paperturn. I have grown from using 1-3 to more like 10 documents now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paperturn?

It's cumbersome to add links when they are already hyperlinked in the PDF. One other thing is that on mobile the spreads don't show so some documents lose their effect when designed to be seen across the spread. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
