I like that this is a very easy product to use, and that most of the work is done on my PC. I am able to produce professional documents with this product, including encryption if needed. With scanning I do not need to print as much, and am saving trees! It is easier to just shoot an email once the work is scanned, rather than run it to someone's desk. I think the convenience is definitely the best thing about it. I did not even need to ask how to use it the first time because it was so easy! The log in to scan is the most annoying part for me. I feel like it is definitely a good idea to have a scanner to get who is using the scanner, but I do not like how specific the log in takes and the log off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The UI/UX of PaperScan makes it very dummy proof and easy to use. I work in a 500+ office and the organization of it makes it easy to use. I like how all I can do all types of different things to my documents. It's very much all in one. I can crop, change colors and things like that all in one platform. Sometimes to get to one thing like scanning multiple pages and sending it through a mass email can get a little confusing to get too. There are too many click through rates.
