I am able to produce professional documents with this product, including encryption if needed. **What do you dislike about PaperScan?** I am using the Free Edition, and it has limits to how many batches I can scan, and only a single license is provided. **Recommendations to others considering PaperScan:** Try the free edition first, and if you need more batches scanned, you may want to try the paid edition, the pricing is not going to break the bank. **What problems is PaperScan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving the paper issue. With scanning I do not need to print as much, and am saving trees! It is easier to just shoot an email once the work is scanned, rather than run it to someone's desk. ### 7. I did not even need to ask how to use it the first time because it was so easy! This convenience is one of the big reasons that I would recommend this to a friend. **What do you dislike about PaperScan?** The log in to scan is the most annoying part for me. I feel like it is definitely a good idea to have a scanner to get who is using the scanner, but I do not like how specific the log in takes and the log off. **Recommendations to others considering PaperScan:** Understand the log in and out right away to not make that mistake. But otherwise, it is very straight forward following directions. **What problems is PaperScan solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is easy to scan copies and send them to others. This has been my biggest use is peinting something off to view it in layout form, and then send it out to fellow coworkers or a client once before. ### 8. I work in a 500+ office and the organization of it makes it easy to use. I like how all I can do all types of different things to my documents. It's very much all in one. I can crop, change colors and things like that all in one platform. **What do you dislike about PaperScan?** Sometimes to get to one thing like scanning multiple pages and sending it through a mass email can get a little confusing to get too. There are too many click through rates. **Recommendations to others considering PaperScan:** I had never heard of PaperScan before the company I used it at.
