PaperOffice AI is an AI document management system (AI-DMS) for teams that handle invoices, contracts and correspondence. Documents arrive by upload, email, scanner, mobile web app or connected storage, are read with OCR in more than 120 languages and turned into structured data: document type, supplier, amounts, dates, IBAN and line items. Built-in checks flag duplicates, changed bank details and missing fields. Workflows route documents to people for review and approval (human in the loop), and AI agents answer questions about your archive. PaperOffice AI is API-first: more than 300 API and MCP functions connect it to your systems, and the MCP server brings your documents into Claude and ChatGPT. Ready-made integrations include n8n, Make, Zapier, Odoo, Zendesk, Pipedrive, monday.com, Airtable and more. All processing runs in our own EU data center. The app is available in 21 languages.
