We use Papermark for sharing research documents and reports with our partners. It let us manage things very easily in both mobile and web. I like how papermark supports wide range of file formats and great integration with notion page. It saves me from skipping tools and do a lot in the same tool. Papermark helps me in sharing my document securely and allowing me to track and get analysis like who viewed the document and how long they spent on each page and viewer location also as it is super easy to implement to any new user and its integration is super simple as we use 5-6 times a day on daily basis which helps us to customise our custom branding and its AI features are too good for summarizing any content with marvellous file support and also its customer support is super friendly and intelligent and quick responsive too. It has limited advanced features, and its self-hosting complexity is high and its interface have some glitch or lagging issue that needs to be solved and mainly there is a document limits on free plan. as it also has many more flaws that i need to share such as whenever i open the homepage it lags like it never existed and i need to close the program and relaunching it every time.
