I would like to see more integrations to the tool, they currently have great integrations with Notion, even with entire page integrations inside the link. Papermark became a daily tool for us. The standout for me is that is how easy it is to share everything from pitch decks, financial models or notion page into a single place. What I like most is the simultaneous editing, it allows us to have a single data room for the entire team and we can work on the latest version without any confusion and collaborate on confidential financial documents, due diligence reports, and internal memos to edit them in real time. I would say this is a great tool for anyone who handle sensitive documents or manage things for administration. The thing I like best is that I can upload large files, I just drop all the documents and videos proof our founders send us in a single folder. The mobile experience should be made better, I used to view the documents on my phone and the viewing experience could be made a lot better like it is in web version. We have been using Papermark to track and manage all our deal documents, its has been a great tool. What I appreciate the most in it is the end-to-end encryption it offers. It is a great platform but I have noticed some occasional upload lags when I try to upload files, for me it happened on large zips. It helps our internal process and provides us with real time data on who is viewing the docs and how they are looking at it and where they lose interest. I love how simple the product is and the tracking features were very useful in understanding the partners engagements. We like the custom branding and the ability to put our logo onto the document when the visitors see, it gives a professional feel when we send out links to our investors. There are few file formats we use that are still missing and needs to be added, we just zip the files and upload it currently. Once in a while it also takes much processing when having web dashboard open on multiple tabs, it really takes much and it could be made better (it happens on firefox so i switched to chrome). Sometimes the upload stops without any error notifications, the browser pages just stops mid upload, it happens when we upload bulk files of large file size. One of the biggest pain points we used to have was to keep track of which version of the deck or report we sent to LPs and whether they opened it.
