We use Papermark to share and see how people from different raise campaigns are engaging and what documents works and what does not in the campaign so we can adjust accordingly. I constantly send out pitch decks, the latest fund updates and case studies to our LPs and founders. Papermark makes it feel like we are in control of our document even when it left us. I love how easy it is for us to share KPI reports and the multiple format it supports keeps the file interactive even on the web interface. I see its dashboard once a week to see how my reports went and I do follow up accordingly. The embedded video is a plus and helps us avoid a lot of first time questions. Papermark has become my fav tool for sensitive document sharing. The encryption and access control features are great and I trust the tool to keep our important documents secure and monitor the access to it in real time. It just works but there can few things that can be better, for example, If I upload a new version of a document in an already existing link which I shared, it is not always clear to recipient that they are viewing the latest file unless I tell them in a quick text or a mail. We use Papermark for deal flow and it fits perfectly into our current deal flow pipeline with Tally Form. From receiving the deck from the form, to creating a local backup and to keep records for archive purpose, it does the job well and lets us know when they are being read in time. The interface is simple almost notion like and folder management is very much user friendly. The viewing experience is professional like existing cloud sharing tools and it is like a smarter google drive link which tracks our viewers, lets us know what is happening with our documents in real time. I handle a lot of the day-to-day operations and coordination between our partners and portfolio companies, and Papermark makes it easy to receive the documents from the founder and share the documents.
