The ability to find invoices easily and efficiently is just great, and it saves a lot of time compared to searching through physical paperwork. I also appreciate the great support that is always there when there's a problem. The authorization process is effective, and it's very time-efficient as you can easily look up a supplier and see all the invoices. The initial setup was very efficient, with great training and a very smooth process, and the support since then has been fantastic. **What do you dislike about PaperLess?** I find the copy and paste feature could be improved. Being able to duplicate the information from a line above would be useful. Just being able to copy something easily would be beneficial. **What problems is PaperLess solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use PaperLess to easily store and look up invoices, solving paper storage issues and audit challenges. It has reduced the amount of manual data entry we need to do by automatically recognising key information from invoices, including scanned documents and receipts. It has also helped us cut down on printing and manual filing, as documents are easy to search in PaperLess and can be linked back to Sage transactions. The onboarding and support have also been very good. We had a demo arranged by the next working day, installation was completed within around two weeks, and support replies have been very quick when we have needed help. Kristian, who onboarded us, was knowledgeable and helpful, and we appreciated that he focused on what we actually needed rather than trying to upsell extra add-ons. There are still some limitations, so human input is still needed, but it has definitely reduced admin time and improved efficiency. **What do you dislike about PaperLess?** What we dislike most about PaperLess is that there is still a learning curve, and some parts of the interface could be more intuitive. Because of that, training feels more necessary than it might be with a more straightforward system. The upfront setup and onboarding costs are also quite high, especially when there is no trial period, so it can feel like a risk before you have had the chance to fully test whether it is the right fit for your business. There are also some limitations in what the software can automate, so human input is still needed in certain areas. While it does reduce manual data entry significantly, it is not a completely hands-off solution. We also felt that choosing the monthly subscription first, to reduce risk, meant missing out on the better-value annual joining offer. Overall, the software has been useful for us, but a more user-friendly interface, more flexibility around onboarding, and some form of trial access would make it easier to commit to. **What problems is PaperLess solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using PaperLess, we were manually inputting around 400 invoices a month into Sage 50, which was taking roughly 10 hours per week from start to finish. PaperLess has helped solve that by automatically capturing key invoice data and linking documents to transactions in Sage, which has reduced the time spent on the process to around 5 hours per week. That has made the accounts process much more efficient and reduced the amount of repetitive manual entry. It has also solved the problem of paper filing and document storage for us. We no longer need to print invoices or maintain a physical filing system, which has saved admin time and made records easier to manage. The main benefit for us is within the finance process rather than across the wider team, as documents are only accessible to the logged-in PaperLess user, but for invoice processing and document retrieval within accounts it has delivered clear day-to-day value. ### 6. I can access legal documents that are being sent by my lawyers. Store owner manuals which is an online version of account books stored easily. **What do you dislike about PaperLess?** Cropping receipts would reduce the quality of the print of my receipts. It is expensive. The upgrades are only bug fixes. No advanced options included with versions. **Recommendations to others considering PaperLess:** The software can be complicated initially. I would advise using the trial version first before buying expensive software to see if you can work on the software.
