**What do you like best about Paperless Pipeline?**

It keeps all paperwork in one working file.  
There are task lists that can be created and changed for each transaction.  
You can send all email correspondence into the file.  
But many, if not all, transaction management platforms have these abilities.  It will depend on your need.

**What do you dislike about Paperless Pipeline?**

I don't care for the way it 'looks', personally.  
It's hard to find the documents you're looking for, which makes it clunky. 
The 'Contacts Page' needs to be more specific.  You have to play around with it before you can figure out how to get all of the information for each party to show up and not have to look for it.
I think they may be on the right track, but it still needs some work.  Maybe getting the advice of a working TC might help.

**What problems is Paperless Pipeline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None, actually.  As I was shopping and looking at platforms, I tried this one.  It did not suite my needs.
