Paperless is the most user-friendly platform I have worked with. It makes quoting so much more efficient. The customer service is excellent. There are some features that I would like to see added in the future. The Paperless team is continually working to improve the platform and add new things. Overall not a lot of cons. The customer interaction and customer experience with the platform is great. Its quick, easy, and allows customers to choose what they want to purchase. The structuring of orders can be a little different based on what you are used to. I'm not sure if this is a dislike, however would like to see re-enforced training that takes place a couple of months after the onboarding process, in an effort to capture what was missing from the intitial onboarding trainging. I don't see any downside to paperless parts; It stands out by itself—nothing like it on the market—templates for basic machining speeds and feeds. Handling of HTML files is not reconized.
