The user interface and importation of quotes from outside vendors are very beneficial and efficient. Also being able to view and calculate quote prices to see differnt quantities is very helpful. That it's easy to adjust different fields in addition to them building out the quote. We are able to see where we are in the quoting phase, and everyone has the ability to see how we are quoting each item. Second, the ability to download multiple DXF files for quoting makes the time element less problematic. Once you understand the processing and the programming you can make some adjustments without having to contact support; however, support is always available and they respond quickly. We work primarily from .pdf files, not 3D models, so the system cannot alert if there is already a similar file or part in the system when uploading a new part. Not sure if that is even a possibility to be able to do. Not a deal-breaker and doesn't affect us being able to complete our job, but it would be nice, if possible.
