The AI. If you do a search in Paperflite in the wrong search bar, it doesn't find you what you need, instead a google description/definition of what you typed in. Search should help you find the resource you need like the SOC2, not give you the definition of what a SOC2 is based on the internets definition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
