After about 3 hours of uninstalling and reinstalling and running logs, I figured out that the software kept reporting that the WTS was Disconnected when it should not have been and the trigger was me locking my machine. I sent detailed logs to the support team and they replied that I should try factory resetting my laptop. V unhelpful. **What problems is PaperCut solving and how is that benefiting you?** It supposedly helps me print in a shared office environment. ### 2. Personally, I don't have a suitable option to apply it to my educational center. I've written, but they don't give me any options.
