## About Paperbox
Paperbox is a SaaS product for end-to-end document and email processing in the insurance industry. We process claims and emails of leading insurers and insurance brokers in Europe. By using Paperbox, they can reduce their lead times and costs and focus - again - on customer excellence. On top of Paperbox's state-of-the-art AI algorithms to classify and extract the incoming e-mails and documents, Paperbox is equipped with an intuitive human-in-the-loop interface. This interface makes it extremely easy for a claims agent, assistant or manager to manually review and correct an incoming e-mail or claim. Typically, Paperbox is being used in the claims, underwriting (policy admin) and customer service teams. From a professional line perspective, we typically start in the Property & Casualty (P&C) or Health lines. Given its easy API integration capabalities, we are shipping Paperbox in a short time interval (as from 2 weeks) and are licensing our product with a monthly fee. This fee is based upon the used capabilities and document volumes ("pay as you use").

**What do you like best about Paperbox?**

The use of machine learning is great and saves a lot of time. The ability to have it sort docs and put them into the proper category will be a life-saver for organizations that need to digitize paper documents.

**What do you dislike about Paperbox?**

Not much to dislike, but it's still in its infancy and new useful features will continue to be added.

**What problems is Paperbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to digitize old docs. The ability to recognize handwritten script and change it to legible text is good. Machine learning helps greatly in this situation.

**What do you like best about Paperbox?**

Paperbox software handles any data like any data type file, Scans written docs and Emails.
It have advanced optical charater recognition feature to conver any data to Digital format.
Cost is low compared to its features provided by Paperbox

**What do you dislike about Paperbox?**

There is nothing to dislike.  As it has already provided faster processing time and error reduction feature.

**What problems is Paperbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not captured any special problem while using
