It’s quite beautiful actually. For a new business owner, it’s also easy to use. Laura and the team also have numerous tutorial videos whenever I get stuck. I would recommend this to new or established coaching businesses. **What do you dislike about Paperbell?** I don’t actually dislike anything. However, I would like Zoom integration, but that’s coming soon. They are always adding new features. **What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am creating various coaching packages along with the pricing, which has Stripe or PayPal integration. Paperbell creates the invoices so I don’t have to, which is really key for me. It also allows payment plans, which customers also like. It is also creates a sense of security, because it sends customers a log-in link to verify their email. It’s one additional step that makes customers know that their information is safe. ### 2. It's super easy to use, intuitive, clean, and minimalistic, but a huge difference in keeping a coaching practice organized and optimized. As a coach, I care about providing the right level of accountability to my coaching client. Before Paperbell, I had to use multiple systems to keep the coaching operations productive. I've been looking for integrated solutions for a while. I was thrilled to discover Paperbell. If you are an established coaching practice, the whole setup can be done in a matter of minutes. If you are just starting - you are lucky to skill all the complexity early on and set up your coaching practice right from the start. I highly recommend the tool to anyone offering coaching, mentoring, consulting, and similar professional services. **What do you dislike about Paperbell?** There's nothing I dislike about it. Less is more when it comes to automation. But my favourite thing is how responsive Laura and the team are. They answer all queries personally and make you feel valued as a result. **What do you dislike about Paperbell?** It's hard to answer this because they are working on improvements to the software all the time and if there's something you're stuck on they are really quick to help out. **What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using Paperbell to book in new clients to group and 1:1 coaching and this means I don't need 3 or more different types of software as they handle diary management, payment processing and paying in instalments as well as giving my clients contracts at the start of us working together. ### 4. I would like to be able to give clients options to schedule based on the different types or lengths of sessions in a package. I was just starting off with pivoting my business and adding coaching to my offers. I signed up in the early stages when PB didn't have all these cool features they have now and I didn't have any coaching clients at the time. I wanted to make sure to lock in the founding member rate so I used PB to set up collaboration calls with peers in my industry. PB allowed me to intake their information and schedule an Instagram live so these collaborators and I could share audiences. If I had to choose one thing right now that I like best about PB it would have to be how Laura and her team are willing to listen to customers and create features based on their needs. The customer service is on par with Disney customer service! **What do you dislike about Paperbell?** So far everything is great because Laura and her team are open to feedback then implement the suggestions of PB customers. With PB still being in a growing stage, one should understand that it may not right away have all the features of established scheduling platforms but the customer service far exceeds any expectations. **What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?** A comprehensive scheduler that can also serve as my "storefront" as a coach. ### 6. I have followed Laura for years. The Paperbell service helps me manage all of my service plans. The price is low, but the service is excellent. I have always gotten prompt answers to any questions I have. They are able to pay directly through this system and then track how many sessions we have left based on what they've paid. **What do you dislike about Paperbell?** It's new so sometimes I have a hard time finding where to edit this or fix that. Otherwise, it's great. **What problems is Paperbell solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helped me track sessions.
