No Response to Emails/Inquiries **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Mary P. | Life and Divorce Coach for Women, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2021 **What do you like best about Paperbell?** I recently purchased it, and it seems there is everything I need. **What do you dislike about Paperbell?** I just purchased Paperbell, and I liked it up to the point where some links aren't showing my availability. When I check "client view" in account," it shows, but not in the links I need to use. I have other concerns, but I can't get anyone to respond to my emails. They also don't have a chat feature to ask. It indicates they take up to 12 hours to respond M-F. It's been three days and no response. I don't know another way to try to get a hold of them. Very frustrating. I can't use a broken system. Unfortunately, I'll need to cancel and find another platform—all this work into setting it up because there are glitches. I'm very disappointed. **Recommendations to others considering Paperbell:** If you run into a glitch, like I did, you're going to hit a brick wall as you're not going to get responses to your emails.
