PapaHR is an HR system for small companies where HR is one person or the manager. It replaces spreadsheets and chats with one place for people data and the HR work around it, and every morning shows what needs attention today: a probation ending, a time-off request waiting for a decision, a missed 1:1. Free up to 25 employees, with no time limit and no card: employee profiles, org chart, Excel import, time off with approvals and a timesheet, onboarding and offboarding plans with ready templates, surveys and eNPS, a knowledge base, and one HR document with a simple e-signature. Managers and employees have their own accounts at no extra cost. Pro opens every module for $1.50 per employee a month paid yearly: hiring without per-recruiter fees, 1:1 meetings, goals and OKR, performance reviews, 360-degree feedback, talent review and 9-box, salaries, bonuses and pay calculated from the timesheet, and HR in money: what turnover and burnout cost the company. PapaHR is built by Mike Pritula Academy, with 20+ years in HR: templates, questions and review forms come from the academy's methods. The interface is in English, Ukrainian, Russian, Portuguese and Spanish.
