The functionality of the software and Outlook and Office Integration.

**What do you dislike about Pantera Tools?**

Nothing that I can suggest right now as I would have to use a bit longer. 

**What problems is Pantera Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration of using multiple software rather than simplifying just one.
