What do you like best about Panorays?

What do you dislike about Panorays?

The core offering of the questionnaire and external monitoring works great. Outside of that there are many improvements that could be implemented to the workflow of the tool and core TPRM functionality. Examples:

- For example, its hard to tell if a questionnaire is under SME review or just 'sitting'.

- There should be a way to still track vendors who are just in inventory in overall dashboard and a reminder to review their inherent risk on an set basis.

- Inherent risk rating isn't measure it is more about operational criticality.

- Reporting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Panorays?

The platform is very intuitive and user friendly, requiring very little training. It is also a very flexible tool, meaning it can easily be aligned to your internal process. Reporting is poor and needs to be more customisable. The data is the dash but we can't always get at it. Needs to be easier to change a suppliers licence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Panorays?

Panorays is easy to use. It is easy to create querionnaires and categorize these questionnaires per different relations with the third-party. External security posture check is also not bad. It adds vluable insights on the third-party security practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panorays?

Although the system gives an option to re-assess the third-party vendors on the periodic basis, the entire process is not straight-forward. We do not have a visibility where the process stands in terms of questionnaire and in many cases we just miss the target date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
