Panelynx is a complete applicant tracking system. Post roles to a branded careers page, track every applicant on a kanban pipeline, schedule interviews, collect feedback, compare candidates and send offers. Everything you expect an ATS to do, in one place. What makes it different is what happens at the interview. Structured interviews and independent scoring are built into the same system, not bolted on, and not a separate tool your team has to remember to open. What Panelynx does: - Post roles to a branded careers page and take applications straight in - Track every applicant from application to offer on a kanban pipeline - Score how well an application matches the role, worked out by rules, not by AI - Schedule interviews, with candidate self-scheduling and Google Calendar - Build an interview kit and scorecard for each role, so every candidate is asked about the same things and judged on the same standard - Collect an independent score from every panelist, locked before anyone can see another score. The lock is on by default in every workspace - Start the debrief from the scores everyone already wrote down - Compare candidates side by side - Run offers and approvals - See where interviewers agreed on a candidate and where they split - Get an AI second opinion on a candidate. AI assists. People decide. The AI second opinion sits on the higher plans and stays off until you turn it on. Panelynx replaces the applicant tracking system you have rather than bolting on to it, and your existing candidate data imports.
