**What do you like best about Pandosearch?**

As with any product, search is of critical importance. We usually use the Elastic search software to build our custom search features and functional flows. But PandoSearch takes away that custom coding and effort involved in building the required custom search flows by providing the software as a service, and they will build the APIs required for a specific user's flows.

**What do you dislike about Pandosearch?**

Although Pandosearch provides custom-tailored search features and flows, it has a monthly service fee. Its a subjective discussion on whether this service fee justifies the effort it helps take away where one has to code the flows by hand with other search service software. Also, its not as fast as the Elastic search. There is more latency to complicated keyword searches and auto-suggestions compared to Elastic search.

**What problems is Pandosearch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pandosearch helps take away the effort and time required to write the search flows by hand with other search software like Elastic search or Open search.  Also, Pandosearch helps build custom flows sepcific to the product's requirements with pre-built APIs.
