Their interface is also not very intuitive and need bit of technical expertise. This AI platform also lacks some advanced NLP; heavy customisation is a bit difficult. **What problems is PandoraBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pandorabot helps me in building rule-based conversational bots for customer interaction and automation.
