**What do you like best about PandoraBot?**

The best thing about this platform is its flexibility and its control over chatbot development. Their Artificial Intelligence markup language framework gives me a structured way to create and design conversational flows, which is specifically useful to create structured rule-based responses. This platform is also reliable and has stable documentation, where we can deploy bots across web and messaging platforms.

**What do you dislike about PandoraBot?**

Sometimes this platform feels a bit outdated when compared with modern AI chatbots. Their interface is also not very intuitive and need bit of technical expertise. This AI platform also lacks some advanced NLP; heavy customisation is a bit difficult.

**What problems is PandoraBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pandorabot helps me in building rule-based conversational bots for customer interaction and automation. It is highly useful for automating FAQs; this platform also provides a structured customer support with a controlled conversational experience. This overall platform is benefiting us with predictable and consistent responses.

While Pandorabots is a powerful platform for building rule-based chatbots, it can feel a bit outdated and complex for beginners. The reliance on AIML makes customization flexible but also time-consuming and less intuitive. It also lacks some modern features like advanced natural language understanding and smooth integrations with popular platforms.

**What problems is PandoraBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pandorabots solves the problem of creating highly customizable chatbots using AIML, which allows developers to have full control over chatbot responses and behavior. This is especially useful for building conversational agents with specific, rule-based logic. For me, it provides a hands-on way to learn chatbot development and experiment with AI-driven conversations, making it a great tool for education, prototyping, and niche chatbot applications.

PandoraBot is a hassle-free platform for creating and hosting AI chatbots easily. It uses AI and markup language to build the bot. Also, it is a cloud-based AI bot compiler.

PandoraBot is limited to Chatbot systems. While it can be a disruptive product in SaaS helping in diverse projects. They should explore the different sectors.

PandoraBot is helping the system to get in contact easily with any support tickets. It is AI ML based which shows a perfection to every problem that the customer is facing on platform.

We had some problems with previous versions however after the last updates the bot just became really trustworthy and reliable
