We have used Pandora FMS for years now as our network monitoring solution and I can attest that it has become more like a personal aide in execution of my role as a system and application analyst. What set it apart from so many other tools is that with PandoraFMS the price equals it quality.It is the most profitable tool of it's kind.Quality is it's middle name from easy implementation phase, backup from it's technical team that offer support in multilanguage to include all users across the globe, a user-friendly interface that allows even those with basic knowledge to surf through and utilize it to brimming with monitoring features. PandoraFMS is a comprehensive and reliable solution that comes with integrated templates so we just had to choose what we want to monitor. Our organization is multi- devices and OSs and amazingly PandoraFMS has been able to cover all devices, OSs and servers across the entire network. It is highly customizable with PHP pages and python scripts and flexible enough to upscale with the changing diverse monitoring uses in our organization by tailoring it according to our requirements. This is made even better and possible with the constant updates, correction and improvements. PandoraFMS offers me realtime visibility of our system on a centralized platform. It's magical in such a way that I can map all the devices in the building. In case it detects any inconsistencies in the network I get alerts on my end . The detailed reports generated which consist of charts and trends also come in handy in troubleshooting and refraining from any sort of actions that would cause hitches to our systems all apps. What problems is Pandora FMS solving and how is that benefiting you? Our main goal with PandoraFMS was to achieve a capable and reliable monitoring system. It has met our objective. Prior to Pandora we had limited visibility and knowledgeof our network but now we boast of single pane that has consolidated all the tools simplifying complexity of managing our IT infrastructure. It has streamlined processes and given us quick access to data and information. Instant alerts and system status provide amazing supervision of all activities in our network. It is easy to detect issues and inconsistencies and address them promptly. The response time has reduced by 47%. The details reports have been invaluable in getting all the audits of network flow. It becomes easy to identify root causes of any problem soo even when troubleshooting we are tackling the issue from the root so it never occur again. These reports also act as our guide for our quarterly maintenance. It is only by utilizing PandoraFMS that we have been able to keep our websites, apps, devices and servers having maintained optimal performance which has increased operations efficiency. It will also identify the node and allow you to see when it is working again. It allows us to be proactive versus reactive. And have eyes on many areas, all in one place.
