I loved the highly automated system that allows us to detect failures early; this way quite effective in detecting failures on our website, as well as detecting failures in some sections of our page before clients saw these failures; this platform helped us allowed to notice various inconveniences that will be presented to access multiple pages or sections. I also liked how this platform can monitor the operation model of our cloud system since, in this way, we have been able to watch in real-time the movements that are made in our AWS Cloud; we can visualize all file movements, information movements and data export thanks to this platform, we can have all this monitoring in real-time, which allows us to supervise our cloud. I also liked how this platform can detect failures within apps that work in the cloud, but you can also detect failures within your computers; you can see failures before they affect your users, which allows you to see inconsistencies in the app configuration. **What do you dislike about Pandora FMS?** It never presented any failure when using Pandora FMS since this platform allowed to have a structured system and a very organized panel to have real-time monitoring of various services; this platform never had any problem have a multi-use system, which helped us to have constant monitoring within the user experience, within our networks, within the cloud that we use and also within the apps, it was a fairly complete system that never presented any failure. **What problems is Pandora FMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pandora FMS has been the right software for our company to have constant supervision of everything that is mobilized within it; we have been able to have logs management; this platform is capable of storing all these records to send us alerts when it has occurred some important event within the linked computers or devices. I'm thrilled with the general use that we have given to this platform, especially since it has been able to help us manage all the networks that we use in our company; we currently use an individual network for each of the sectors of our company, so which, this platform has been vital in being able to visualize in detail and the form of a map, how all the networks that we are using in the company are distributed.
