One of the features I appreciate most is the performance tracking, which stands out as a personal favorite. The UX of the dashboards, both the campaign and analytics dashboard. You can easily see what is going on for your campaigns and get real time data. The customer support has been fantastic and very responsive. The team does a great job answering any questions or concerns. If I have questions, my current rep does not hesitiate to get on the phone with me when needed and has been a great partner. They are still working on some integrations with ATS' of my clients that are in their roadmap which is a current limitation. An example would be an API integration with easy-apply questions enabled. They have it for some ATS' but not for some bigger name ones yet such as Oracle HCM and Greenhouse which currently do not have the API ability with easy apply questions. I would like to see some type of indicator of CPA (bad, average, good) by job board source and to see source by job family/skillset to where areas of strengths and opportunities. It is very easy to use and integrates with our ATS pretty well. It is in some ways a set and forget type product when it is set up the way you want it to be. PandoIQ allows me to access many different job posting sites without having to have contracts with each and every one of them. The programmatic postings that they have built allows us to use our money in the most effective way. We are also able to set different parameters on the dashboards to increase visibility to different positions and put spending caps on positions easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I have seen is some of the customizations I would be looking for in the ATS integration do not seem easy to accomplish. Overall, very happy with the product and the support I have received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Broadbean for 12 years, I like that it integrates with our Bullhorn System Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Broadbean was good until November 2023 when they migrated us over to the new Veritone system which is completely inadequate. It now only extracts limited information to be parsed over making it impossible to be able to search your database for skills or relevant experience as well as now having to manually parse the details over from the attachment in the application.

The use of AI to target out talent acquistion budget and efforts. A lot of flexiblity and vast coverage through one point of contact. The integration was easy and some was the implmentation. Unfortunately, our industry is extemely difficult to recruit for. Although, we had success, it was limited by the challenges of the market. As solid as the platform is technoligically, it cannot overcome market conditions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
