It is sometimes difficult when editing documents as it is not always easy to make changes without losing information. Deleting items can cause issues, particularly if updating an outline or anything requiring bullets. I find PandaDoc's system very cool and extremely useful. One of the coolest features is the ability to send documents directly and have them signed electronically without needing to send a PDF. This makes my process faster as the person can just click a link to sign the document, and I get the information I need right away. I love that we have templates that we can use, and we can also verify information all the time. I really like that we have the ability to accept and move forward only after verifying several times that everything is correct before sending it to the end person to sign. The last time I received information from PandaDoc that was approved, I did not get the link directly. It would be great if, once confirmed and approved, the contract would automatically be sent to the signers. Currently, I have to come back to verify, create, and send the links, which takes more time. I think it would be better if the links were sent automatically after approval. I find PandaDoc easy and simple to use, especially for tracking documentation and knowing where it stands. It's great because I'm always aware of who's viewed the documents and where they are in the workflow, which helps me follow up with the right people.
