I really appreciate how PandaDoc speeds up the process of getting documents signed. When I was just starting the business, I used to manually generate PDFs, send them to the customer, and then they'd have to download, sign, scan, and send them back. But with PandaDoc, I just click a couple of buttons in Salesforce, and it renders the document and sends it out. I can see if the customer has viewed it or forwarded it for signing. It adds a layer of professionalism that I wouldn't get doing it the old way. The designer in PandaDoc lets us make our documents look polished, professional, and on-brand, which makes us stand out compared to the plain documents I get from others. It's also incredibly easy to set up, which I really love. Their support has been excellent, always responsive and they take feedback to heart to improve the product. We have multiple workspaces in our PandaDoc account. And if I'm viewing a PandaDoc from inside our CRM, and the last workspace that I was in was not our sales workspace, I have to log into PandaDoc in a separate browser, switch the workspace, go back to CRM, refresh the page, to get the document to render there. I think a better SMS system would improve PandaDoc, and maybe a feature to remove the tracking and cookies as a feature or toggle would be useful since a lot of my partners are in security and it would make it more viable. I use PandaDoc for sending out documents that need e-signatures. It is a faster way of getting signatures without having to track down employees to sign them. That contacts get archived after using them. It's kind of frustrating when you want to send something to someone you have and it will not automatically bring them up. I have to create a new person and then the email will not be accepted as it's archived. Just create a simple contact log and keep those people in there actively. when you click "yes" to making the document editable, it often messes up the format of the doc. As an example - i have a contract that's in a word doc format and I have to make a couple edits each time depending on who is signing the contract. As a case manager, I use this system a lot, and it’s very easy to use. It cuts the time in half when landlords and clients need to sign and review documents, which means our clients can get their needs met faster. It also saves our documents so we can reuse them as templates instead of creating a new one each time, and it’s simple to assign fields to different individuals to complete.
