"Effortless Doc Tracking with Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I love the ease of use, the three-step approval process, and the tracking/progress of each bill at each stage of the approval process. As a high volume AP specialist, I am able to obtain signatures and post bills in a timely manner, which keeps our books up-to-date so stakeholders can make better decisions. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I would like the software to better identify where there are blank spaces on each bill and intuitively paste the signature and date box. I find I am manually moving the boxes around, which takes time. I process a lot of repeat bills that I would like the software to pick up on. Finally, certain bills get approved by the same people. I'd like the software to pick up on allocating certain bills to the same person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use, signatures are well documented, love the layout"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I always check when my clients have seen my documents and that allows me to follow up with them in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

The text reminder for SMS is confusing, you have to put a +1 before the phone number and cannot use dashes between the area code and the phone number. Took me a minute to figure that out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Document Preparation and management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

It’s easy to manage documents through templates, and it’s simple to send them out for signing to a large number of recipients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

Formatting large tables can sometimes feel inconvenient. When I insert signing positions, the formatting and alignment don’t always turn out as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Persistent Ads, Weak Support, and Limited Formatting"
1.5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

Meh. Base pricing is fine. Building templates with content blocks is a good premise Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

So much to dislike after 2 years.

1. Ads pop up on most screens, even with paid subscription

2. Customer service is a poorly trained and slow AI that hands you back repeated assignments when you need help. When you ask for a human, a different AI emails you. No humans!

3. Templates should update when content blocks are changed

4. Formatting options are extremely limited. You have to get used to large blank sections in documents.

5. Being billed extra for storage but no idea why.

6. Did I mention annoying pop ups for more PandaDoc products? Support says there is no option to disable.

For some reason we get the underlying impression of arrogance from PandaDoc. I think they only exist because most other e-sign options are worse. I will not cry when this company is replaced by a marginally better AI product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive UI and Fast, Flexible Contract Signing"
4/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

It accepts a bunch of format .doc, .pdf and is super easy to fill the different field by auto capturing fields. Also the process let me loop in my finance and legal team as a viewer while giving the signature authority to who I need to. Also I really like the ability to either send the contract to the signer via email or using a link. It makes things super easy when needed soemone to sign fast a contract. Also the UI is great and super intuitive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

No downside from my perpective, it does what I need in a great way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Streamlines Contract Management"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I use PandaDoc for finalizing contracts and sending change orders, and it has been a game changer for our department. I love the ease of use and appreciate that it's user-friendly, making it simple for our customers to figure out with minimal assistance. The auto-fill feature and the ability to import custom documents are fantastic. I love that I can place fields as needed and easily make changes. It speeds up the entire process, allowing us to get virtual signatures on most documents and improve our ordering process. Reviewing older documents is very simple and user-friendly too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I wish there was an easier/more direct way to download the signed document to my computer. I typically have to refresh the page to get the 'download' icon to appear. This should appear after the signature is received. For me, the initial setup was a little challenging, but that’s because I wasn’t added to the correct team (user error). "Effortless Document Management and Signing with PandaDoc"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I use PandaDoc with my company for sending out various documents to borrowers, and it is very easy to use and effective, offering several ways to send and edit documents. It's a really nice product. I appreciate its ease of use compared to other similar products like DocuSign; it's just really user-friendly. It works very efficiently and streamlines my document signing process. I do like the link feature as opposed to sending docs to be signed via email. It's way more effective, especially since most people are more attached to their cell phones now. It's easy to copy a link and send it to the borrower so they can view and sign documents on their smartphones promptly. The setup was super easy, just a matter of logging in, dragging, clicking the browse button, uploading my document, and editing it. We also use PandaDoc with Salesforce, and I love its API feature. What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I don't see a really in-depth problem with PandaDoc right now, but I think if we could make PandaDoc a little bit more accessible to a team group as opposed to just one individual person, that would be great. Like, if I have a loan officer I'm working with, I'd love for them to automatically get notifications when I send a document that needs to be signed by their client. Right now, the notifications just go to me, and no one else on my team gets them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Client Signatures, Fast and Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

What I like the most about PandaDoc is that we can do the whole process in, like, less than a minute. It's very easy and simple to use. After that, all we have to do is just send our clients a link, and they'll be able to sign whatever forms they have to sign in under a minute. It makes it valuable to me because having the ability to get that done under a minute allows us to get more business done, move faster, and have our clients satisfied. It improves our efficiency by having a certificate of completion, allowing us to be on point with all the documents and regulations we have to follow. It also improves the client's credibility with us, having a document that they signed and a copy of their own. The process is self-explanatory; it's pretty straightforward. It already uses an AI-generated system, which allows us to make the process even quicker for the clients. The initial setup was very easy, and I think it's a pretty reasonable price for all the services included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

We've been using PandaDoc for our e-signature needs, and it has been a game-changer for our business. The platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and packed with features that streamline document creation, signing, and tracking.

Some users might experience a slight learning curve when exploring advanced features. Additionally, occasional formatting adjustments may be needed when importing external documents, but these are minor inconveniences compared to the overall value the platform provides Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PandaDoc Improved Our Organization's Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I’ve used three other digital signature platforms in my role, and PandaDoc has been easy for me to learn. We digitized our internal forms so users despite distance can easily, quickly push documents through the needed workflow. I use it all the time now that digital signatures have become the new standard compared to wet signatures. We integrated all internal forms into PandaDoc because, as a charter, we have five locations. This has made the workflow more efficient and quicker across all sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I am not tech savvy as a person in general so I truly don't have anything I need to share that I dislike. The recent upgrade to the platform would have been nice to have had a tutorial sent out to clients. It took me a bit to learn the new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
