"Streamlined Document Management with Convenient Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like how convenient PandaDoc is. I'm able to text or email a document for parents to review and sign according to their preference. I appreciate that everything I need is all contained in one website, making it easier to lump together or send multiple documents to families. The reminder tab is helpful, letting families know if they missed a part or didn't complete a document. I also value the activity area where I can see if a parent has viewed the document, which helps guide them if they have any questions or concerns. The initial setup was very convenient, and the seamless process made it easy to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

Something on PandaDoc that doesn't always work the best is when families are signing documents. Sometimes the signature is not saved all the way through, so the document is in a pending status even though I can see the person's signature on the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Form Edits and Time-Saving Document Downloads at a Great Value"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I love that I can edit forms even after I’ve started a signature request. I also really appreciate the integration that lets me download multiple forms separately from a single signing package request, which is immensely valuable for my line of work. It saves much-needed time by making it easier to organize different groups of documents into separate folders. This program is a much better value, for a cheaper price, than any other program I've subscribed to in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

The only complaint I have is sometimes the program lags in the middle of trying to setup new contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Document Management, Needs More Creative Freedom"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like how PandaDoc makes sending contracts and invoices super easy, saving me from spending too much time writing them. I appreciate the ease of use and the ability to use saved templates so I don't have to start from scratch on every contract. The saved templates allow me to skip many steps, instead of building contracts from scratch. I am able to maintain the same formatting and structure on all invoices and contracts, which helps build brand awareness. The initial onboarding process for learning how to use it was super easy, and as a team of event planners, PandaDoc has allowed us to navigate the process of sending proposals, contracts, and invoices easily and efficiently, increasing our output throughout the workday because of the time saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I do think it can be a little clunky as far as formatting goes. I wish there was a little bit more creative freedom, kind of like how Canva has their creative technology set up. PandaDoc is more structured and you can't, like, drag and drop things. You have to click buttons to move and adjust things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mostly User-Friendly, Fast Platform with Reliable Uptime"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

The ease of use once inside a document or template. It is very user friendly and the web interface is simple and poignant. The process moves quickly and is consistent. I've never encountered any outages or downtime while using the platform. It's very affordable, especially for a small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I don't like the main landing page. It feels cluttered with so many different options that if I haven't used it in a while it takes a few extra minutes for me to get where I want to go. I wish there were shortcuts I could create. If there is that capability, I surely could not locate it. I also don't like that you cannot download reports - they must be emailed to you. This is a huge miss for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Document Management with Real-Time Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I love how easy it is to use PandaDoc; the UI is very simple and sleek. It makes editing fields a breeze. Navigating through documents to find specific information is straightforward, and the overall experience is great. I really value the visibility per page, as it helps me see how much time clients spend on each page, allowing me to identify and reduce bottlenecks when sending contracts out. The copy link button is also very useful for sending documents through other forms. Setting up PandaDoc was incredibly easy and took only about ten minutes, especially since I was previously a DocuSign user. Also, I appreciate the instantaneous setup with no problems at all. "Effortless Document Management and Signing"

What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I love that PandaDoc is very user-friendly and easy to understand, making my job a lot easier. The ease of use is fantastic because I can upload documents, attach recipients, and edit fields easily with just a few clicks. It's super helpful that I can assign document fields to whoever I need to through either email or phone number. This method is a safe way to send documents with PPI, and it allows for a quick and efficient way of getting documents signed in a timely manner. The initial setup was very easy, making it simple to adapt to using PandaDoc effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I think when you first create a profile with PandaDoc, it would be nice to have a tutorial to learn all the features, but otherwise, it's super easy to learn and adapt to changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Mobile Contract Signing with Great Pricing and Tailored Support"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

It is very user friendly and can be used on a mobile device. This is helpful because most of our healthcare professionals are busy and sign their contracts via mobile device. The pricing is cheaper than other competors with the same level of service. Also, when our company first started to use panda doc they held a support meeting that was very easy to follow to learn how to use panda doc. They also tailored it to our company's needs. What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

Sometime Panda doc performs very slowly. It will slow down my computer and freeze. I also don't like how integrating my companies document I can't make the document editable or it removes our company logo and other things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Document Management with Ease"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like that PandaDoc is easy to use, especially for getting contracts, leases, or purchase contracts done electronically and signed. It lets me create signable documents without needing to go back and forth, and I know if the client has viewed it. It saves me time because it's relatively intuitive, and I can figure out how it works by poking around since it uses common sense. I like that it allows me to make legally binding documents easily, even when I'm not sure what I'm doing. PandaDoc does some of the heavy lifting for me, which I really appreciate. One of the features I enjoy is that when sending a contract to someone already in the system, I can simply enter their email address, and it automatically recognizes them, saving me time. Also, when dealing with multiple documents, PandaDoc remembers the size of the fields from the first and applies it to subsequent ones, which I like a lot. Overall, I would recommend PandaDoc to a friend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

What I don't like is when I'm sending the same lease paperwork over and over again, and the field sizes are always gonna be the same from the same PDF file that I put through PandaDoc. So when you start adding fields to a document for signature, it would be nice if I didn't have to have a field this big and shrink it down to this big every time. So it'd be nice if it had a more smaller default field size when laying down the fields on the signable document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Document Management, Top User Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like PandaDoc's automation, especially for having all our day-to-day agreements in one place. The edit functionality is great for making quick changes with redlines. I appreciate the reminders and the ability to include a link to access the agreement. I also like the notifications when documents are opened or signed, which help me avoid constantly checking in. Overall, PandaDoc is more user-friendly compared to what we used before, and the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I think it would help to be able to set reminders after the fact, not just when you build and send it. I don't believe you can set a reminder after you've already sent it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective Alternative with User-Friendly Interface"
4/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I appreciate that PandaDoc is user friendly and offers very similar features to DocuSign but at a lower price point. I find it convenient that once I assign a document to approvers, I am notified again only when it's completed by all signers, which is helpful for managing approvals across a global organization. I also like that files are retrievable after signing for up to a year, which serves as an extra storage feature. The search feature to locate signed files is another aspect I find valuable. The initial setup and training were pretty easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I notice that once the document is approved, it does not always change to Completed. Sometimes it shows as viewed or signed and is already complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
