I think it's great. However sometimes it is slow and the links malfunction. Or the site is not working at all. Because of the high volume of documents that are sent out, it's frustrating when someone can't access them because they have to call in or miss the deadline needed for the signing and must start the process again. I love the ease of use. You setup a template and use it over and over. The autofill (variables) help you not miss any pertinent data. You can add collaborators from your team to review and suggest changes. Once you send the document to a signer, they can suggest edits (or not). I love the option to send a document via link. We do experience a bit of lag here and there where sometimes when I'm trying to bang a contract out, there seems to be a little bit of downtime or buffering. It usually comes back online.
