**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I like how convenient PandaDoc is. I'm able to text or email a document for parents to review and sign according to their preference. I appreciate that everything I need is all contained in one website, making it easier to lump together or send multiple documents to families. The reminder tab is helpful, letting families know if they missed a part or didn't complete a document. I also value the activity area where I can see if a parent has viewed the document, which helps guide them if they have any questions or concerns. The initial setup was very convenient, and the seamless process made it easy to get started.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

Something on PandaDoc that doesn't always work the best is when families are signing documents. Sometimes the signature is not saved all the way through, so the document is in a pending status even though I can see the person's signature on the document.

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PandaDoc solved the need to meet in person for document completion and makes document sharing with families much easier, ensuring they are signed promptly. The PandaDoc app is not consistent.

As a small company with 21 employees, we can’t afford to waste time learning overly complex software or paying for features we’ll never use. PandaDoc’s balance of usability and functionality fits us perfectly. Anytime we’ve run into questions—whether about templates, integrations, or billing—the PandaDoc support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us succeed

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

The only downside we’ve experienced is the annual billing structure. Plans are billed for the full year upfront, and seat counts are locked in for that period. A monthly billing option or more flexible seat adjustment policy would make PandaDoc even better for small businesses.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

What we like most about PandaDoc is how much it streamlines our entire document workflow from creation to signature. The template system and content library make it easy to standardize proposals and agreements while still allowing quick customization when needed. The drag-and-drop editor saves our team hours compared to manual document formatting, and the real-time status tracking (views, comments, signed) gives us clear visibility into where deals stand without constant follow-ups.

The eSignature experience is seamless for clients, which has noticeably shortened turnaround times and reduced friction during closing. We also appreciate the integrations with our CRM and the ability to automate repetitive steps, which keeps everything organized and reduces human error. Overall, PandaDoc helps us move faster, look more professional, and maintain consistency as we scale.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

While PandaDoc is very powerful, some of the more advanced features come with a learning curve, especially for new users or non-technical team members. Setting up templates, variables, and integrations can feel overwhelming at first and usually requires upfront time investment to get everything configured correctly.

Occasionally, the editor can feel a bit rigid when working with more complex layouts, and small formatting changes don’t always behave as expected, which can slow things down when you’re trying to move quickly. Pricing can also escalate as teams grow and require additional features, which may be a consideration for smaller organizations.

That said, once the system is fully set up, these issues become less impactful. Improving onboarding resources, simplifying advanced configuration, and offering more flexible layout controls would make the experience even smoother.

Before PandaDoc, we struggled with slow, manual document creation, inconsistent proposals, and long turnaround times caused by back-and-forth edits and signatures. Tracking document status required manual follow-ups, and version control was a constant issue as multiple stakeholders were involved.

After implementing PandaDoc, we centralized our entire document workflow. Templates, variables, and content libraries allow us to create consistent, professional documents in minutes instead of hours, while built-in eSignature and real-time tracking significantly reduced delays. **What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I use PandaDoc for managing communications and collaborations with families and service providers, and it's really great for keeping important documents centralized. I like that it's easy to edit and adapt, very user-friendly and accessible. I appreciate how I can monitor anything pending easily. Copying a link and including it in an email is especially useful. I really like the easy-to-use dashboard, which is very organized, making it simple to reference and navigate. It's valuable to store frequently used documents as templates, saving me a lot of time and making collaboration more effective.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

Usually towards the end of the year, we hit a limit on the capacity for the amount of documents we can send, which kind of starts to get full. We then run into issues, not necessarily with completing them, but just with extra cost attached to each, even though we are in the highest tier. So that is sometimes a little frustrating that the capacity of PandaDoc does not always meet our needs.

I like the ability to build out user-templates and share them with the whole team seamlessly. The quote builder is great because it allows the team to easily choose from products and have most calculations automatically done, making the process more efficient. It also lets us update contracts and templates, ensuring those changes are reflected across all of our templates. The templates make everything more efficient and allow the team to quickly put together and send documents to clients. The quote builder automatically calculates pricing, including recurring charge calculations, so the team doesn't have to spend time on math, reducing the chances of mistakes in insertion orders.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I wish more calculations/formulas could be integrated into the quote builder without being behind another pay wall. Also, it would be nice to have more integrations with other products and services to automate the whole workflow better.

I like that PandaDoc integrates nicely with our platform, making it easy to manage client and trade partner signatures. The design is appealing, and the API integrations are excellent. The white-labeled signatures add a professional touch. I also enjoy that PandaDoc is rooted in the sales world, allowing users to add graphics and photos to documents. The templates are a handy feature. I appreciate that it can be integrated with our native software and even more with Stripe and QuickBooks. It was somewhat easy to roll out initially. The support and documentation provided by PandaDoc have been very helpful.

I use PandaDoc mainly to create, send, and track proposals, quotes, and contracts that need e-signatures. PandaDoc helps me create proposals and contracts faster with templates, reducing errors with required fields and speeding up signing with e-signatures. The tracking feature, which includes views and opens, helps me follow up at the right time and close deals quicker. I like the templates and drag-and-drop editor most, as it makes proposals look professional in minutes. The e-signatures are smooth, and the view/track notifications help me follow up at the right time. The templates save me from starting from zero, ensuring everything stays consistent in layout, branding, and sections. The drag-and-drop editor is simple, allowing me to quickly adjust blocks, pricing tables, and signature fields without formatting issues.

Sometimes the editor can feel a bit slow on bigger documents, and formatting can be tricky with complex layouts. I’d also like more flexible customization options in templates and smoother integration/setup with other tools.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

We use PandaDoc for all our video production proposals and retainers, and it’s been a game-changer. Before, sending proposals felt like a clunky back-and-forth — now it’s polished, fast, and seamless.

The templates are way more visually appealing than my last proposal platform and make it easy to maintain consistent branding. As a video production company, ability to embed videos is a key feature and massive upgrade over sending PDFs. Clients love how professional it looks, and the e-signing process removes all friction.

We also use it for retainers and renewals, so having recurring templates and signature tracking in one place saves a ton of time. The notifications and audit trail make it easy to stay on top of who’s viewed or signed. 

If you send proposals, contracts, or renewals regularly, PandaDoc is absolutely worth it. It’s one of those tools that quietly makes your whole business feel more buttoned-up and efficient.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

Can't figure out how to turn off expiration date. They unnecessarily gatekeep some features for Enterprise plans. Price has definitely gone up over the years.

What used to take hours of PDF editing and chasing signatures now takes minutes, and everything looks consistently branded and professional. Although I’m very satisfied with PandaDoc overall, the only aspect I find could be improved is the price, especially when it comes to accessing more advanced features or higher-tier plans.
I understand that quality and versatility come at a cost, but it would be great to have more affordable options for independent professionals or small practices.

Other than that, the experience is excellent — the platform is intuitive, reliable, and truly makes a difference in document management.

What I like best about PandaDoc is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. The platform saves our team valuable time, reduces manual errors, and ensures that all documents; whether for contractors, employees, or legal matters; are handled professionally and securely. While PandaDoc is an excellent platform overall, one area for improvement is the range of integrations available on the free or lower-tier plans. Expanding integration options with other popular tools would make it easier for small teams like ours to fully leverage the platform without needing to upgrade immediately. It’s a minor limitation, but addressing it could enhance usability for startups evaluating PandaDoc for long-term use.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

We can quickly fill in a contract with items of sale and send it off for signature and it works without any issues.  Tried quite a few and they all have their issues or parts that dont quite work as well as they could or are slow to work with but this system is great, works well, does what we want it to do.  On the odd occasion we needed to ask tech support something, I had some good responses, reasonable quickly too.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

Would like to use some of the other features but cannot justify the outlay for would likes rather than needs.

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having used a few half baked systems which look good until you use them for long enough, we were in need of a contracts e-sign system.  We are very happy with the PandaDoc system as it does nearly all the things we want from such a system at a mostly reasonable price point.  We use it perhaps 2-6 times a month for renewals, changes or onboarding new clients, so not a heavy user but we can report that the system hasnt failed us yet and that means no hold ups when you just need things to work smoothly.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

PandaDoc is an incredibly user-friendly and efficient platform for managing documents and collaborating with others. I love the variety of templates available and how easy it is to customize them — from adjusting fonts and inserting images to adapting the overall layout to fit our brand.

The ability to track the status of each document in real time is a huge advantage. I also really appreciate how collaborators can leave comments directly in the document, making revisions and approvals simple and seamless.

Overall, PandaDoc saves us time, improves collaboration, and keeps everything organized in one place. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

The only thing I would improve is the pricing model. It would be great if reader users could be unlimited and if the cost for active users were based on usage — for example, lighter users who access PandaDoc only a few times a month could be billed differently than daily users.

We use PandaDoc to collaborate on building our quotes. It allows multiple team members to work on the same document simultaneously, which makes the process much faster and more efficient. We can also invite clients to review the quote directly in PandaDoc and leave comments or suggested changes, which streamlines communication and avoids long email threads.

This collaborative workflow helps us save time, stay organized, and ensure that everyone — both internally and externally — is aligned before finalizing the document.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I manage my wife’s homeopathy clinic and also work as a dietician and content creator, and PandaDoc helps me handle all important documents easily. At the clinic, I use it to send patient consent forms, follow-up reports, and bills for digital signature. It saves time because I don’t have to print or scan papers again and again. For my diet and content work, I sometimes use it to send service agreements and invoices to clients. I liked the design options and the ability to create something that was trackable. I also appreciated the tracking and online nature of PandaDoc. Unfortunately their massive price increases, done by the back door by removing features from the professional subscription, meant that we couldn't justify 3x the cost and moved to Canva and Google Drive.

Many options that I used have been moved to more expensive tiers, making the costs 3x what they were. They don't offer a refund, just move the features so I'm stuck with software I don't use and have paid for a year. It wasn't straightforward, there's a bit of a learning curve to learn initially. I'm now using canva + google drive for digital signatures which is much easier.

Very powerful platform for maintaining contract flow through the organization. The templating, pricing and brand consistency are key strengths, but you must invest time into the platform before you'll begin to see the payoff. The cost per use is high, but the time saved ends up paying for the subscription fees when operating with a small footprint of users. We have begun using PandaDoc for all internal and external legal documents, contract change orders, statements of work, and other agreements. The templating features are powerful and relatively easy to use with a couple of days of practice. There are a lot of workflow automations available, however we have had some challenges with many that are available. Overall, PandaDoc saves us time, ensures consistency, and provides basic integration with the tools that matter to our workflow.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

The pricing makes it prohibitive to expand beyond a few core users, so it would be challenging to scale the contracts team with such a large per-user cost. The contract redline process is a big cause of inefficiencies in our business process leading to a lot of manual rework. Our customer's legal teams have no interest in using the PandaDoc native redline tools and will only use Word documents for legal reviews. The Pandadoc offline Word redlining feature rarely works, resulting in someone taking manual steps to merge contract changes back into the PandaDoc format.

Pandadoc reduced the contract creation cycle from 3-4 days to 1-2 hours at most for nearly all our agreements.

PandaDoc is easy to use and extremely customizable. The template setup options and audit trail details are superior to all other e-signature platforms I've tried. I've tried AdobeSign, DocuSign, HelloSign, Google Drive's e-sign feature and eSignature.io over the years and PandaDoc blows them all out of the water. I use it daily and never dread sending contracts the way I used to with Adobe products.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

There was a bit of a learning curve when it came to setting custom fonts and other branding so getting it up and running took a little longer than I'd anticipated. It's also quite pricey and add-ons are an additional cost so I haven't explored them too much yet. That said, they seem to be prioritizing integrations and I'm excited about connecting it to my QBO account for smoother client support.

The audit trail is killer and automated reminders are amazing. I love that I don't have to set them up system wide, but can customize based on client needs and expectations. I *hate* spamming potential clients with endless reminders so cringed in software where automations are applied across the board. The customization is incredible. I almost forgot the pricing tables! Setting up a proposal with a lot of pricing potential was complicated at first but after setting up a template it has made my client intake process significantly faster and more consistent.

I am really displeased with their pricing. Their enterprise pricing is massively expensive and only offers 2 additional things included with the pricing than the business pricing. They charge more for white labeling emails and for API access. It sure feels like a gimmick. I've contacted my  senior account manager who has been extremely unhelpful. I've read their core values and I scratch my head at how they put Impact and Empathy into practice. I have yet to see either of those.

Customer support got back to me pretty much straight away when I had an issue.

The basic setup is very easy now. It provides an easier way to touch base with customers, allowing me to know exactly if they viewed the contract. The system is quite good, but the people behind it have messed it up in the meantime

Pandadoc's customer service is extremely poor, you constantly experience incompetent ticket ping pong - now, unfortunately, after a few years we also have to part with PandaDoc.

We are now being forced to switch from the Business tariff to the extremely expensive Enterprise tariff for a small add-on that was previously chargeable (Advanced Quotes), as the great experts have decided that they no longer want to offer this small add-on for individual bookings. 

We are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, unfortunately the service has deteriorated but as always the price has almost doubled. Sad.

PandaDoc has helped streamline our document workflows, especially when it comes to creating, sending, and tracking proposals and contracts.
