What do you like best about PandaDoc?

Not a log, its own UX within its own app is good, however, if you want to do anything within your own platform then the options become expensive and limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

The sales call was so confusing that I walked away confused and angry. The pricing model is the worst that I have seen from any eSignature provider - $1068 per year just to use the API. The embedded document creation process is an SDK with zero control over the user experience. Their internal terminology doesn't appear to match the rest of the industry, well at least the salesperson was telling me a signature is not called an envelope, rather it's an API call. Envelopes are well-priced, however, they do expire which causes undue stress for consumers. Of all the eSign providers that I've gone through to find the right solution, PandaDoc stands out as the worst. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
