the best part of the adoption was the impact on our bottom line. While there is always an adoption curve,, there was no bell curve here. We made the call to adopt Panda Doc and drop another vendor and the onboarding was smooth but the real benefit was how much time if freed for us as a result of reduction of time to prepare, screen and send agreements. Now we can customize on the fly and if there is a problem or anything that could divert the deal, you can change it on the fly and not lose momentum or the deal.....worth its weight in gold!! How long it took us to decide to switch to Panda. I run a small cleaning company, and PandaDoc has been a game-changer for how I handle client agreements and payments. While I really appreciate PandaDoc’s automatic field recognition, it drives me crazy when it doesn’t work properly. If the platform doesn’t recognize a field, I have to adjust it manually every time I add something to the document, because the fields don’t move automatically. This can get frustrating, especially since it’s such a small but recurring issue. For auto-recognized fields, everything works perfectly, but when it doesn’t, it’s a bit of a hassle. I love how easy the platform is to use, the blocks to insert, similar to building a blog page or website and I appreciate the ease of use. I like how convenient it is to build out templates that I use often for my documents. I love how everything stays organized within PandaDoc, and how easy it is to use. I also love that you can see the status of your eSign documents, such as when they were sent, when they were viewed, and when they were signed. It's simple to use for both the user and the customer, which makes it a breeze to do business with. My company uses it as the platform to send out our customer agreements, and being able to quickly use my templates to send quotes to customers makes my customer service above average. The only thing I dislike is that after you've sent an eSign document, that you cannot add additional people to the document unless you resend the entire document. This makes it a bit inconvenient if a customer or client asks for additional people to be added onto the document, and you have to go back in and resend to everyone. I did find a work around for this though - if forwarding is on in the document, you can simply tell the customer to forward to whoever else they would like on the document.

What I like best about PandaDoc is how organized it is! I also like how when we apply the box for signatures it changes colors to specify the person. Also how it also allows you to like where the other person can add there payment info, if we wish to request that. The contact list/book is also nice, the way it lets us add all info like email, phone numbers, name, etc. Oh and the option at the end when you send an attachment or file it lets you type a message for like a rmeinder. I love PandaDoc's integration with Salesforce. With a couple clicks in Salesforce, PandaDoc ingests all the necessary fields from the opp record, and outputs a polished & custom order form. PandaDoc is very affordable for small businesses. It has enough features to help streamline the "get a contract signed" process. I love the feature of being able to assign information and signature fields to different users and that PandaDoc notifies me when everyone has completed their part. There aren't many downsides to PandaDoc, but if I'm being really nitpicky...
* Creating documents can be a little tedious in getting data fields to align properly with the text.
* If you are copy & pasting from existing Word (or other) documents, the initial "paste" requires some dilligence in getting it properly formatted to PandaDoc.
* Printing out a PDF of an agreement often comes out really misaligned - to the point of being indecipherable.

Using PandaDoc has made my work life easier when requesting sign documents from the families. I work for Early Intervention and alot of paper work has to be provided to familes, before PandaDoc I would have to mail families a physical copy and waited for them to return sign documents. PandaDoc has allowed for the family to recieve the document, review, edit, sign and return all in the same day! The best part is that you can send a reminder to the persons email you're requesting a signature from.
