PandaDoc’s functionality is remarkably easy to use, both for our team and our clients. PandaDoc’s user interface is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for both beginners and experienced users to navigate without much of a learning curve. The platform’s performance has been consistently reliable; we’ve experienced no significant bugs or crashes, which speaks to its solid design. While the sales support we received during onboarding was excellent, we’ve rarely needed live customer support since the software is so dependable and intuitive to use. The overall experience has been smooth, allowing us to focus on serving our clients without worrying about technical issues or downtime.

PandaDoc’s pricing is competitive compared to other e-signature and document management products on the market. It offers flexible solutions with various pricing tiers that cater to businesses of different sizes, making it accessible for smaller firms like ours while still providing robust options for larger organizations. Given the range of features—from customizable templates and CRM integrations to detailed document tracking and analytics—the platform delivers excellent value. While PandaDoc has been an excellent tool for our firm, there are a few drawbacks. Unfortunately, it doesn’t directly integrate with our legal CRM, so we’ve had to rely on a workaround using Zapier, which adds an extra step to our workflow. Additionally, the "Pay Now" feature, which would allow us to collect payments directly through the platform, requires a separate subscription and does not work with our merchant services provider. Lastly, the cost of adding additional users is higher than we’d prefer, which limits our ability to expand usage across the team without significantly increasing expenses. There is not much to dislike. When our account was initially set up, the API access was not quite configured/turned on correctly. After a short email exchange with the PandaDoc support team, our developer was activated and on his way.

The documentation is simple and straightforward and easy to implement an integration. It has been reliable ever since we first created the integration.
