The PandaDoc API had the features we needed to implement contract sending through our internal platform. I liked that we could utilize templates and tagging to filter our large number of contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I switched to Panda Docs a few years ago when Docusign wanted to change their pricing model to a per document basis. I have clients sign at least 30-50 NDAs, LOIs, Listing Agreements and other documents and Panda docs is very easy for me and the clients to use. The way Template names appear in the phone application could be improved. There are a limited number of characters and each of my NDAs have a different name at the end of the document so searching for the right one is cumbersome. Other than that, the program is excellent. The idea of collaborating on contractual stuff is great but the implementation is so bad that we constantly go back to DocuSign as Pandadoc has created a product that is so full of bugs, accidentally removes fields and is so much in Beta version that we are now looking for a different solution. We are using PandaDoc frequently - like 3-7x/ week and integrated it into our whole working flow via API. The API works fine but the UI/UX for the customer who needs to sign the document is just soooooo bad!! Panda offers both the ability to create your own templates/documents- or use their extensive template library, which for us gives the flexibility to collect the right type of signature for our varying markets.
