Unfortunately, it doesn’t directly integrate with our legal CRM, so we’ve had to rely on a workaround using Zapier, which adds an extra step to our workflow. Additionally, the "Pay Now" feature, which would allow us to collect payments directly through the platform, requires a separate subscription and does not work with our merchant services provider.
