PandaDoc API is most helpful to me in automate document creation, sending, tracking, and signing inside our own system. When someone fills out a Wisdom House inquiry form The system automatically generates their contract with the correct pricing Sends it for e-signature Saves a copy for our records. It’s not really a dislike or a downside; however, it does require us to have a lot of systems in place and to monitor them closely so we can get the most out of the information being put out. When a group submits dates, headcount, room needs, and meal selections, a contract auto-generates with the correct pricing. It sends immediately and tracks status, with no manual re-entry required. I find PandaDoc API incredibly user-friendly and organized, making it easy to use. It helps me stay on top of my tasks effectively. I enjoy using the app because after I'm done with a client, I can just open it up and talk into the phone to log my sales calls, which is really convenient. It's short, sweet, and organized, and I can easily create follow-ups. It has replaced the handwritten notes I used to keep, making things a lot easier.
