We really liked the documentation and that is has a yaml that we could use to setup a postman project for testing things. Also, the webhooks logs are very helpful when we had issues tracking down why it was not working. It is used every day without intervention from anyone. We use the APU multiple times per document, 1 to create, 1 to send, 2-3 times for status updates, 1 to download. **What do you dislike about PandaDoc API?** One thing was the defualt limits on the dev/sandbox api key.There is a rate limit and it could not send emails to domains that where not asdk12.org. Some how we missed the documentation on these limits and the rep had to tell us what was going. **What problems is PandaDoc API solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to create hiring documents for Employees to sign with out typing in all the Employee information. The information is sent over via API to the document and sent automatically. Our Talent Management team does not have to touch the PandaDoc at all. It is a vastly more efficient process. ### 41.
