I have not used its customer service yet so i am unsure of that. Don;t really have much to dislike just the basic that since its AI the answers are not always acurate until i am very specific Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Panda Chat is user friendly and intuitive. It is easy to navigate and interact with. The AI supported Bot helps analyze documents and provides prompt responses and answers.
