What do you like best about PANBlast?

PANBlast is a strategic, collaborative, and genuinely trustworthy partner. What I appreciate most is how proactive and intentional they are - they don't wait for us to tell them what to do, they come up with fresh ideas and innovative approaches. They're knowledgeable about our industry (SaaS, martech) and communicative about everything they're doing. What do you dislike about PANBlast?

Do it, especially if you don't have in-house PR expertise. They're collaborative partners who will become an extension of your team. Come prepared to be strategic - they want to understand your business goals and will be proactive about driving results. Trust their process. They're innovative thinkers who consistently deliver and prioritize quality over quantity. If you want a team who's just responsive to your requests, look elsewhere. What problems is PANBlast solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't have an in-house PR team, and PANBlast has filled that gap perfectly for 3+ years. They bring fresh ideas, work directly with our thought leaders to craft compelling stories, and help set our annual PR strategy and OKRs. They're incredibly organized, always on time, and know their stuff. They are genuinely kind people who go out of their way to help us (and you can tell this is org- and culture-wide characteristic). They collaborate with our marketing leadership to make sure everything aligns with our broader goals. Having PANBlast as our PR partner has allowed us to punch above our weight in the marketplace. What do you like best about PANBlast?

The team members assigned to our account are the best part of BLASTmedia. They worked hard to learn our industry and learned it better than any marketing/demand gen/SEO agency partner we've had before that faced a similar obstacle of understanding our niche.

Because of BLAST's contract structure, the team is not limited to a set number of hours or projects for us. They are prompt in responding to rapid response opportunities.

Another thing I appreciate is their willingness to push back on a strategy that we recommend that they don't agree with. Many agencies would just do what they are asked, but BLAST is willing to give candid feedback to lead to the best result.
