"Clean UI and Handy Customization, But Limited Integrations and Test Recording Issues"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

The UI/UX is clean and easy to navigate, making it straightforward to work in. The option to customize fields and columns is especially handy. The performance is good enough, I've never encountered issues related to screen buffer etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

It integrates well with SAP but not with other tools. We work on different technologies and it is a pain to record test results in Panaya because the recorder does not capture anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionizing Enterprise Application Changes with AI and Codeless Automation."
5/5
What do you like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

I like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence is how it brings everything together. It's truly amazing how it uses AI to tell you exactly what changes will impact, so you only test what's necessary—saving a ton of time! Plus, anyone can create automated tests without needing to code, which is fantastic. It just makes the whole process of managing changes and testing so much easier, faster, and more collaborative for everyone involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

While Panaya is fantastic, if I had to pick something, sometimes the recording feature can feel a little slow or laggy when you're creating tests. Also, while it's brilliant for big systems like SAP, it'd be even better to see more seamless integrations with a wider variety of other applications we use. A tiny tweak to make defect reporting even quicker could also be nice! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Tool That Keeps Teams Aligned"
4/5
What do you like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

It’s very user-friendly, and any issues can be logged and then followed up easily. It also supports good communication between teams, which helps keep everyone aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

Sometimes it wouldn’t let me re-test after it failed. Also, if I needed to submit a new ticket for a step that already had an existing ticket, the whole process felt much longer than it should have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Learn, Lightweight SaaS with Fast Automation and Smart Change Intelligence"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

Panaya is easy to learn and is a very lightweight SaaS tool compared to other automation tools. Automation scripts can be created at a faster pace, and the change intelligence feature helps identify the right candidates for automated execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

Once Panaya script builder is accessed for creating scripts ,browsers are visually smaller though zoom and text size at recommended levels. This becomes little difficult to visualize UI objects on browsers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Test Management with Strong Impact Analysis and Traceability"
5/5
What do you like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

Panaya Smart Testing stands out for its strong impact analysis and risk-based testing capabilities, which significantly reduce manual effort, improve test efficiency, and provide clear visibility into change impacts across business processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

One limitation is that the initial setup and configuration can be complex, especially for new users, and the interface can feel slightly unintuitive at times. Additionally, deeper customization and reporting flexibility could be improved to better suit diverse project needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Testing with Robust Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

I liked the reporting functions of Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence. It helps with the organization of processing, making work more efficient. The tool solves tracking and traceability back to issues and provides fast resolutions, which is essential in my testing work. Additionally, I find it fairly easy to understand and use as part of a team, and it works great for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

Sometimes there's some hiccups with the testing test cases. Honestly, there could be duplicate test cases, so as long as the user manages their test cases and links them to the correct tests, then it should be fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"save time and effort"
5/5
What do you like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

One additional thing I really appreciate about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence is the clarity it brings to change impact analysis. It’s very easy to understand which business processes and transactions are actually affected by a change, which helps prioritize testing much better.

I also like how it supports release planning and decision-making. Instead of relying only on experience or assumptions, you can base go/no-go decisions on concrete risk and impact data. This is especially valuable in complex SAP environments where even small changes can have wider consequences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

One area where Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence could improve is in flexibility and customization. For example, having more options to tailor dashboards, reports, and risk views to specific roles (IT, business, keyusers, superusers, process owners) would make the insights even more actionable.

Additionally, expanding integration capabilities with other testing and ALM tools could further streamline end-to-end release processes. This would reduce the need for manual handovers and make Panaya fit even more naturally into existing delivery pipelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean Interface, but Admin Controls and Sharing Permissions Need Major Upgrades"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

Web interface is clean, fairly well laid out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

What I most dislike is the lack of roles with users. if you share a test or defect filter with someone, there is not read-only share. the shared user can change it.

also don't like how sometimes filters save or don't save changes. not intuitive.

same above applies for dashboards. this is a stuggle with trying to roll this out with a large integration.

also, not being able to flag certain fields in a test scenario/case as mandatory. need to be able to hide some fields.

overall administrative features need a huge upgrade Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Test Script Creation, Needs Better Contextual AI"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

I like that Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence is able to create a draft SFT test script, understanding the sequence of steps inside the transaction. The screen capturing of evidence reduces a lot of additional workload for test executions. It's pretty easy to create the test script library. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?

It's missing context or prerequisites needed to run tests. The AI features fail to consider customization validations that aren't mentioned in writeouts or manuals. The test creation should not just read documents but ask test-related questions that delve into authorizations or roles needed, custom validations relevant for business, workflows active in transactions, and data-relevant prerequisites. Multiple screen shifting should be allowed for tests involving processes running across multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
