- Add an audit trail for users (login/logout to projects, as well as during role changes on a project),

- Implement an audit trail on the modification of roles and permissions,

- Allow the association of a requirement with a test step (and not only at the test level),

This tool is highly intuitive and easy to learn. I was able to become proficient with it quickly, which made our data validation, UAT, and Dress Rehearsal processes much smoother.

I really liked the tool, and I have to think hard to find anything I dislike. One suggestion I have is that when I mark a test as Failed and it is waiting for the technical team to review, it would be helpful if I could remain listed as the "current tester." Otherwise, the test disappears from my inbox until the defects are resolved and closed.

I really like how intuitive the interface is, being able to generate my own charts to better track the tests I conduct in my project, the option to work with automation rules makes things a bit easier, and also how easy it is to generate and load test scenarios, users, and define the different roles they can have or create my own roles according to the task that needs to be done is very good. The view of comments on defects allows us to have better communication with the team of consultants. It is easy to train my users in the use of the tool, it takes me about 10 minutes to train a group of users on the use of the platform and the recording, so implementing it is very simple. As for customer service, it is very good, they have even set up online sessions for me to resolve my cases. I would like to be able to customize more aspects of the platform. There are many areas of opportunity, such as when viewing the "Ready to test" steps, it could also tell me the potential steps that person has to do or which ones are freed if that step is completed. In the reports area, being able to add a column with the workspace to which my users belong without having to resort to Excel for that. I also feel that an area of opportunity is to make a step depend on a test being carried out in another scenario. Being able to notify more than one user when a specific step is ready to be performed would also be perfect. Regarding its ease of integration, it is always necessary to have an internal trainer since the platform guides are not very up-to-date, and therefore do not include all the new functions implemented in the last year. it organizes everything in perfect manner, whenever there is defect and test case is aligned with defect - it will ask for impact and work accordingly.

This tool is a key for the success of our project. There we can store result of our test and present a great tool to provide us tracking on tests and defects. This tool is extremely user-friendly, making defect tracking and test management straightforward even for those without a technical background. I like how Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence allows me to solve problems by using specific values on tables to enter numbers and choose rows. The ability to select or choose XPath and locators stands out for me. I also enjoy learning how to take HTML code and use it in AI, converting it into executable code, even if it is a bit challenging for my skills. I find many click and recording problems. Users need to have experience in Panaya to understand why it sometimes can't be productive. Initially, I had issues that I solved with Panaya support. Also, some clicks on SAP and some keyboard shortcuts could be improved. I think users need better manuals to learn and improve themselves. The initial setup was not easy because I was an external user and was waiting to get VPN access, install the agent, and script builder. I used Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence for the User Acceptance Testing of a project at Syngenta. Panaya was excellent at allocating thousands of steps in test scripts to a large number of testers within the organization and tracking the progress of each test. I really like its layout and found Panaya super easy to navigate and very intuitive. Considering this platform was used successfully by thousands of people within the organization, it shows how user-friendly it is. Having an easy-to-navigate tool made it more accessible for users from different backgrounds to understand what was expected and successfully complete their tasks.
