Paloom is an AI-powered inbox for social media conversations. It brings the comments and direct messages from your Instagram and Facebook accounts, and the comments on your YouTube channel, into a single queue, and prepares a reply for each one in your own voice. The voice comes from you, not from a template. When you connect an account, Paloom studies your own posts and past replies, and every draft combines that profile with the conversation history and the post being discussed. You approve, edit or skip each draft. Paloom never sends anything on its own: there are no keyword triggers and no autoresponder. Every incoming comment and message is classified by intent, so questions, buying signals and complaints come first and spam and low-value comments stay out of the way. Each classification comes with a short explanation of what the AI keyed on. For accounts that serve one market, the reply language can be fixed to German or English per connected account; messages in other languages are skipped rather than answered in the wrong language. When a campaign is running and someone asks for the link, the draft includes the campaign's tracked link, so you can see how many people followed it. Paloom also connects to ChatGPT, so you can review and send prepared replies from a ChatGPT conversation, and its dashboard shows reply volume and how often drafts are sent unchanged or edited first, per platform. Paloom is built for creators, brands, marketers and agencies whose comment and DM volume has outgrown manual replying but still matters too much to hand to a bot. It is made by T-NEX GmbH in Germany, costs €99 per month on a single plan, and comes with a two-week free trial.
