Being able to manage multiple Palo Alto NGFW devices from a single pane of glass is a major operational advantage: pushing consistent security policies across device groups, coordinating software updates, and monitoring threat activity across the entire firewall estate becomes far more efficient than managing each device one by one. UI/UX is where Panorama really stands out. The web interface is clean, logically organized, and responsive, and moving between device groups, policy rule sets, and log viewers feels natural and deliberate. Compared with older management consoles like Cisco’s ASDM, the difference in day-to-day usability is night and day. Administrators with different experience levels can become productive quickly without needing extensive, platform-specific training.
