"Easy-to-Use and Reliable IoT/OT Security Solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Palo Alto Networks IoT/OT Security?

I really appreciate how easy it makes securing all of our connected devices. The real-time monitoring and automatic threat detection are incredibly helpful because it catches anything unusual right away, giving us peace of mind. It also integrates well with the other Palo Alto tools we use, so managing everything from one place saves a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Palo Alto Networks IoT/OT Security?

The setup was a bit tricky at first and took longer than expected to get everything configured properly. If you’re not familiar with the platform, it can be overwhelming. Also, the cost can be a little high, especially for smaller teams or organizations with tight budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Great IoT Security Solution with Good Features but a Tricky Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Palo Alto Networks IoT/OT Security?

I’ve been using Palo Alto Networks’ IoT/OT solution for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great addition to our security setup. The platform does an excellent job of detecting and preventing threats across our connected devices, which gives us a lot of peace of mind. What I really appreciate is how it seamlessly integrates with other Palo Alto tools, like their firewalls, so we can manage everything in one place. The behavioral analysis feature that spots unusual device activity has been super helpful, and it’s caught things we might have otherwise missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Palo Alto Networks IoT/OT Security?

On the other side, getting everything set up wasn't easy. It took some time and patience, and if you don’t have someone with technical konwledge on your team, it might feel a bit overwhelming. Also, the pricing can be a bit steep, especially for smaller companies. But overall, if security is a big priority for your organization and you have a lot of connected devices to manage, I think it’s definitely worth the investment. Once it’s all set up, the protection and visibility it provides are hard to beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Palo Alto Networks IoT/OT Security?

One drawback of Palo Alto Networks' IoT/OT Security is its complexity and resource demands. Deploying and managing the solution can require significant time, expertise, and investment, especially in organizations with limited cybersecurity staff. Additionally, its reliance on high-end firewalls for integration may be costly for smaller setups, and frequent updates are sometimes needed to address new threats and device types, adding to the maintenance load.
