The ease of implementation, the smooth interface, a robust engine. The attentiveness of the sales and technical team and their responsiveness. The performance of the solution for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Palm?**

The Palm team helped us identify a lack of efficiency and robustness in our IT within our own tools, which we were able to correct! While it's always disappointing to have to acknowledge this regarding our internal tools, thanks to their advice, we are now achieving better integration of SaaS solutions!
