PalletAudits reconciles rental pallet accounts such as CHEP, PECO and iGPS for warehouses, distribution centers, 3PLs, manufacturers and shippers. Each month you upload your shipments and receipts from your WMS (Excel or CSV) and the pallet company's statement, and enter your physical count. PalletAudits breaks down the difference between the pallet company's balance, your records and your count, cause by cause, in pallets and dollars; lists the exact shipments to declare and the transfers to dispute; and builds ready-to-send packets with a PDF and an email draft for each recipient. It also checks the pallet company's invoice against your records, tracks damaged pallets, and includes a phone counter for the floor count. Files are read in memory and never stored.
